Katarzyna loves to be a companion to others in their journey of discovering themselves and using fully their potential, through their internal courage and authenticity. She is a true passionate of observing and supporting others in implementing positive changes in their lives, both internal and external. No wonder that topics and projects she creates, or is engaged in, are closely connected with coaching, mentoring, upskilling and reskilling, to which we can include Future Engineers or Mentoring Platform in Nordea; being a mentor for Warsaw University and Leon Koźminski Academy.
She believes that being a leader is not authority and role based, but on relationship. In her many years of experience in coaching and mentoring she focuses on talents, using mindfulness and openness to understand where a person is to support her/him in getting to the point one would like to be. Because dreams to not come true, we make them come true.

In her professional and private life she follows her values as freedom, authenticity, courage, vulnerability, openness and getting joy from small things, moments. She is a person with great amount of optimism, who tries to divide problem to small pieces, to spot most probable solutions. She puts as much energy and heart in work with others as she puts in her own growth, as she believes that by this she can add up to creating a better world.
Privately she practice yoga, mindfulness and as much as possible, spontaneous trips over the sea. Riding a bike, listening to music, dancing or reading books gives her feeling of freedom and possibility to reflect.
Passionate about business and IT processes, I’ve dedicated myself to continuous improvement, automation, and process optimization. My journey in the IT industry began during high school, culminating in a degree in Cybernetics from the Warsaw Military Academy. For the past 8 years as Head of Service Process Management at #thyssenkrupp, I oversee global IT processes with a commitment to aligning ITIL practices for efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Believing that process optimization is the cornerstone of success in the ever-evolving IT landscape, I am constantly on the lookout for innovative solutions and technologies. My mission is to implement best practices and create groundbreaking solutions, elevating service quality for our customers.
Beyond my professional work, I actively strive to empower women in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) industry. I am a mentor in various events, encouraging women to embrace challenges in technology, emphasizing that the world of #ICT is open to all, regardless of gender.
In addition to my advocacy for gender equality, I am passionate about AI technology. Harnessing its potential, I integrate AI into daily processes to enhance efficiency. For me, working in IT is not just a job; it’s a passion and a source of pride as I contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

Director Service and Process Excellence at Amway, leading global process improvement and automation agenda. She has over 20 years of experience in finance, consulting, and global business services. Started her career at Deloitte, working in audit and advisory, tried out an outsourcing environment working for IBM to eventually choose to insource with Heineken, followed by Amway.
She is passionate about user experience, process, improvement, and automation. Working with a global team, exposure to different cultures and complex transformation challenges energizes her, while customer satisfaction provides fulfilment.
She imagines that one day people do not have to execute repetitive tasks or activities that nobody cares about and customers can really embrace “easy finance”.
Jola has worked in HR industry for 20 years performing various roles. She has been the Director of People Operations since August 2021 and has led AMS’s Global Service Centres for over 10 years. Prior to this assignment she was the MD Operations Strategy and Performance for AMS in which her primary focus was on developing operating model for Global Operations including tech enablement, location strategy, people strategy and performance management.
Jola holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and International Management, a postgraduate diploma in Human Resources Management and European studies as well as a coaching diploma. She is a certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. Jola is a passionate leader with the drive to continually improve the world of operations and introducing technology with people and client centric eye..
