Katarzyna loves to be a companion to others in their journey of discovering themselves and using fully their potential, through their internal courage and authenticity. She is a true passionate of observing and supporting others in implementing positive changes in their lives, both internal and external. No wonder that topics and projects she creates, or is engaged in, are closely connected with coaching, mentoring, upskilling and reskilling, to which we can include Future Engineers or Mentoring Platform in Nordea; being a mentor for Warsaw University and Leon Koźminski Academy.

She believes that being a leader is not authority and role based, but on relationship. In her many years of experience in coaching and mentoring she focuses on talents, using mindfulness and openness to understand where a person is to support her/him in getting to the point one would like to be. Because dreams to not come true, we make them come true.

She sees human holistically, as integration of thoughts, feelings and body , that is why in her work she combines:

In her professional and private life she follows her values as freedom, authenticity, courage, vulnerability, openness and getting joy from small things, moments. She is a person with great amount of optimism, who tries to divide problem to small pieces, to spot most probable solutions. She puts as much energy and heart in work with others as she puts in her own growth, as she believes that by this she can add up to creating a better world.

Privately she practice yoga, mindfulness and as much as possible, spontaneous trips over the sea. Riding a bike, listening to music, dancing or reading books gives her feeling of freedom and possibility to reflect.

Konrad Jakubiec has been developing business and product lines related to technologies for years. Currently, he is responsible for sales and new growth directions of Mindbox, which provides services in the broad sense of automation, ERP system implementation, Cloud Native transformation, and delivery of highly qualified IT skills. His experience with the implementation of process automation, mainly in finance and accounting, and project implementation of systems to support the management of an organization, as well as business experience in the role of CFO and investment manager in an investment fund, allows him to understand well both the environment and challenges that financial directors face on a daily basis and the possibilities and applications of technologies that can effectively navigate through digital transformation

Mikołaj is an expert in supporting clients in permanent recruitment services, Recruitment Process Outsourcing and IT contracting at Cpl Poland. He gained his experience in the recruitment market at HR consulting agencies, specialising in sourcing candidates in the areas of IT and telecommunications. He is currently responsible for managing a team of IT recruitment consultants at Cpl Poland. In his role as Division Manager, Mikołaj oversees and at the same time actively participates in the processes of delivering recruitment services to external clients and conducting market analyses in the HR area, including consultancy in the preparation of talent acquisition strategies.

Magdalena is a Senior Consultant in the Shared Services and Outsourcing Advisory team at KPMG. She has more than 7 years of experience working in Business Service Centres (SSC, GBS, BPO), in sales support and customer service processes. Łukasz is currently leading Moderna Enterprise Solution Hub (MESH) in Poland with objective to build scalable, innovative and cost efficient platform for Moderna global organization. Previously he was in charge of Zoetis Financial Services, that provides finance and accounting operations for leading animal health business of Zoetis. Before that he served as consultant at EY where he started as an auditor and then moved to consulting where he was responsible for operational efficiency, transformations, cost cutting, PMO and SSC build up engagements for major global corporations. Łukasz is a graduate from Warsaw School of Economics and among others has completed ACCA, CIA, CCSA, and PMP trainings.

Jola has worked in HR industry for 20 years performing various roles. She has been the Director of People Operations since August 2021 and has led AMS’s Global Service Centres for over 10 years. Prior to this assignment she was the MD Operations Strategy and Performance for AMS in which her primary focus was on developing operating model for Global Operations including tech enablement, location strategy, people strategy and performance management.

Jola holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and International Management, a postgraduate diploma in Human Resources Management and European studies as well as a coaching diploma. She is a certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. Izabella Krzywosądzka- Pajdak is a HR Director of Carlsberg Shared Services.

In 2015, she joined Santander Factoring, where she was overall responsible for the human resources area.
