For the past 8 years as Head of Service Process Management at #thyssenkrupp, I oversee global IT processes with a commitment to aligning ITIL practices for efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Believing that process optimization is the cornerstone of success in the ever-evolving IT landscape, I am constantly on the lookout for innovative solutions and technologies. My mission is to implement best practices and create groundbreaking solutions, elevating service quality for our customers.
Beyond my professional work, I actively strive to empower women in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) industry. I am a mentor in various events, encouraging women to embrace challenges in technology, emphasizing that the world of #ICT is open to all, regardless of gender.
In addition to my advocacy for gender equality, I am passionate about AI technology. Harnessing its potential, I integrate AI into daily processes to enhance efficiency. As humanity, we stand at the most fascinating and decisive moment in our history. We are standing at a crossroads. A global change in systems that we have previously treated as certain and permanent, the collapse of old economic and political models, technological singularity and climate change. It’s a race against time as problems arise faster than we can solve them: new diseases, new technologies that take away our privacy, new fears and mental illnesses, and ecological crises causing the most violent mass extinctions in natural history. Not to mention the unknown risks associated with next-generation technology. This has left us in a world of chaos where everything is interconnected. We have become a truly global organism.
What will our future look like?
What awaits us?
What will the world look like when technological singularity begins?
Is it really – as Yuval Noah Harari claims; “This is the end of human-dominated history.”?

’’There is nothing as fast as the speed of trust. It’s faster than anything you can think about – for when trust is present, mistakes are forgiven and forgotten. Trust is the glue of life. It is the glue that holds organisations, cultures and relationships together.’’ – Stephen Covey
Lack of trust is one of the key factors contributing to low morale, inefficiency, conflict and high turnover in GBS organisations. It is also what makes many leaders dread meetings and difficult conversations. In a high-trust relationship, we can say the wrong thing, and people will still understand us. In a low-trust relationship, despite precise communication, people will still misinterpret us. What can you do to lead with trust, inspire trust in others, and build bridges where trust is lacking?
