7.Data in electronic and paper correspondence– Ongoing contact with our Contractors and Collaborating Entities with whom I have contracts, for the purpose of their implementation – Contact with companies and their representatives with whom we are negotiating before concluding a contract; – Responding to any other enquiries that come to us at official addresses for electronic communication. – (Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a), (b) or (f) “RODO”);
  • The recipients of personal data in relation to the realization of purposes indicated in point. 2 may be:

a) persons authorised by the Administrator – employees and associates,

b) subjects to whom the Administrator entrusted the processing of personal data (processors) on the basis of concluded agreements,

c) companies related to the Administrator – companies from the capital group,

d) subjects to whom the Administrator will be obliged to make the data available on the basis of law,

e) recipients of the data such as: couriers, banks, law firms.

4. The personal data processed shall not be transferred to a third country or international organisation.

5. Personal data will be processed by the Administrator for the period necessary for the purposes indicated in point. 2:

a) in connection with the performance of the concluded agreement, until its completion, after that time for the period and to the extent required by law, in particular concerning the storage of accounting evidence or for the protection of possible claims,

b) in connection with the marketing of products and services offered by the Administrator, until the withdrawal of consent for such processing.

6. Rights of data subjects whose data we process:

a) the right of access to the content of the data, pursuant to Article 15 “RODO”,

b) the right to rectification of the data, pursuant to Article 16 “RODO”,

c) the right to erasure of the data, pursuant to Article 17 “RODO”,

d) the right to restrict the processing of your data, based on Article 18 “RODO”,

e) the right to data portability, based on Article 20 “RODO”.

7. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent prior to its withdrawal, if the processing is based on a previously issued consent for processing under Article 6(1)(a) “RODO”.

8. You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority – insofar as you consider that the processing of your personal data is carried out in violation of the provisions of “RODO”.

9. Your provision of personal data is necessary for the conclusion and execution of the Contract – i.e. attendance in a training course/course/conference. The provision of data is voluntary, however, the consequence of failing to provide such data will be the impossibility to conclude and implement the Agreement – order.
