The initiative undertaken by AND AKADEMIA aims to create a platform for the exchange of knowledge, experience and best practices for LEADERS of business service centers from various industries. It is intended to be used to discuss proven strategies and everyday challenges faced by mid- and lower-level LEADERS from SSC/GBS/BPO/CoE.
This year’s meeting is held under the slogan “LEADERS OF CHANGE”. We will discuss the topics of changes and fears that leaders face in building their own position and managing processes and teams, as well as in the face of Artificial Intelligence – the opportunities and threats it brings. The unique formula of the event is a combination of conferences and workshops: a lot of practical knowledge and exchange of experiences/inspirations.
